How much does a private IBD consultation cost in London?
A first appointment with an IBD specialist is £250 for 45 minutes, in clinic or by video, including a written care plan. Review appointments for existing patients are £175.
How much is a private infliximab or Entyvio infusion?
Infusions start from £1,750 for the clinic visit, nursing and monitoring, plus the cost of the biologic medicine itself, which depends on the brand and dose. We give you a full quotation before anything is booked.
Do you accept health insurance?
We are a self-pay clinic. You pay on the day and can reclaim from your insurer if your policy covers it. Some international policies, including GeoBlue, may cover care directly, which we check case by case before you book.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Prices marked "from" vary only with the tests or dose you need, and we confirm the full price before anything is booked. Tests, prescriptions and scans are only arranged if your care plan needs them.
