Ask about your infusionVisiting London and due an infusion?
Travelling shouldn’t mean interrupting your treatment. If you normally have your infusions in the United States, the UAE, Europe or elsewhere, we’ll liaise with you and your gastroenterologist before you arrive.
Where clinically appropriate, we follow the protocol from your own gastroenterologist, so your treatment carries on as planned and you know it’s in place before you fly.
What we’ll ask your IBD team for
- Your diagnosis, biologic and dose
- Your current infusion schedule and treatment history
- Recent blood tests and infection screening
- Details of previous infusions and any reactions
Sometimes extra tests or a clinical review are needed first. Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll send your next steps and a personal quotation.
